报告摘要：Inverse scattering transformation (IST) for solving the Cauchy problem of KdV equation is a milestone work in the theory of integrable systems. A key step of solving the Cauchy problem for an integrable equation by IST is to find the linear spectral problem related to the integrable equation. In this talk, we will give a brief review on the Lax equation hierarchy. We will review how to construct the KdV hierarchy, Boussinesq hierarchy, and KdV- type hierarchy.
报告人简介：朱佐农，上海交通大学教授、博士生导师。研究领域为可积系统和孤立子理论。在可积系统的若干重要问题研究上取得创新性成果，在国际重要学术期刊，如 Physica D，J. Diff. Eqs, J. Nonlinear Sci., Phys. Rev. E, Proceedings Roy. Soc.A、J. Phys. A: Math. Theor. 等发表近90篇研究论文。朱佐农教授先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目六项、上海市浦江人才计划项目和教育部留学回国人员基金项目, 分别参加香港RGC、西班牙教育和创新部、西班牙经济和竞争部、国家自然科学基金海外合作等科研项目, 先后学术访问美国、西班牙、加拿大、巴西、日本、墨西哥的大学。
