报告摘要:Cholera is a common infectious disease caused by Vibrio cholerae, which has different infectivity. In this work, a cholera infection model with vaccination is investigated, in which hyperinfectious and hypoinfectious vibrios, both human-to-human and environment-to-human transmission pathways, and waning vaccine-induced immunity are considered. The basic reproduction number is calculated and verified to be a threshold determining the global dynamics of the model. In addition, an application is demonstrated by investigating the cholera outbreak in Somalia, and the relevant control measures in the short term are given by elasticity and sensitivity analysis.

  

专家介绍:瑞:2005年在英国Dundee大学获Mathematical Biology专业哲学博士,现任山西大学复杂系统研究所教授、博士生导师。曾获军队院校“育才奖”金奖和总装备部科技创新贡献奖;享受军队优秀专业技术人才一类岗位津贴。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项;出版学术专著3部;在国内外学术期刊发表SCI论文160余篇;入选2021爱思唯尔中国高被引学者榜单。
