报告摘要：In this talk, I will give a survey of some methods on constructing simple modules over the Virasoro algebra as well as my recent work with collaborators on this topic.
报告人简介：郭向前，郑州大学教授，博导，河南省青年骨干教师。2007 年毕业于中科院数学所，获博士学位，2012 年获国家留学基金委资助赴加拿大 Wilfrid Laurier 大学访问一年。研究方向为李代数与表示论，发表 SCI 论文40余篇，主持国家自然科学基金项目4项（其中面上项目2项），美国《数学评论》评论员，德国《数学文摘》评论员。
