内容摘要：In this talk, we first introduce some types of graph perturbations remaining the multiplicity of Laplacian eigenvalue 1 of a graph. As an application, we present some upper bounds for the multiplicity of Laplacian eigenvalue 1 of a graph and show all the extremal graphs attaining those upper bounds.

个人简介：田凤雷，曲阜师范大学副教授，硕士生导师，主要从事代数图论方面的研究；发表SCI论文30余篇，主持国家自然科学基金（青年基金）1项，山东省自然科学基金2项，山东省高校青年创新团队项目1项。
